The result is a cap system that can move between daily driving, projects, camping, gear hauling, and open-bed use without a full topper removal.

The heavy-duty rack structure stays on the truck and provides the foundation for the removable panel system.

Injection-molded fiberglass panels provide lightweight durability without making the removable pieces unnecessarily heavy.
Tinted Lexan windows
Lightweight dark-tinted Lexan adds privacy and helps protect cargo from direct sunlight.
Rack with or without panels
The rack foundation remains useful whether the cap panels are installed or removed.

The SOLO idea

The heavy-duty steel rack is the foundation of the system. The removable PolyFuse® panels attach to that structure, so the truck can run enclosed, partially open, or open while retaining the rack system.
Venturous lists the complete system at 182 lb and describes assembly as a one-person job, keeping the concept approachable instead of turning modularity into another complicated project.
